1. SET A GOAL
Why do you want to exercise? Defining a specific goal, for example, improving physical condition, burning calories, or losing weight, is the first step to getting started.
2. ORGANIZE A PLAN
Write your training schedule on a sheet of paper and place it in clearly visible spots so you can always have access to all the necessary information, for example: the place, the day of the week, the time, etc. If it is a free workout, you can choose to train in constantly different locations, in order to add an element of novelty to your workout from time to time.
3. NON ASPETTARE GLI ALTRI, FALLO PER TE STESSO
Spesso ci troviamo ad aspettare un amico che ci possa accompagnare per una passeggiata, per andare in palestra, per una partita a calcetto. Se continuiamo ad aspettarlo, non inizieremo mai! Se senti la necessità di iniziare, ricorda l’obiettivo che ti sei posto e fallo per te stesso.
4. START SLOWLY, BUT START!
If you are the type of person who starts exercising and then stops immediately halfway through the first week, we have the right advice for you! Start exercising twice a week, for example, on Tuesday and Thursday, and continue doing so for 1 month. Then, gradually increase the frequency of your workouts: your body will demand it!
5. DISCOVER ALL THE BENEFITS
If you start exercising regularly, you will notice many advantages: more lightness, more energy, better sleep quality, increased productivity at work and at home. If you add good nutrition to this, these good habits will become part of you, and you will never stop training!
