Completing registration for a free event
Welcome to this step-by-step guide on how to register for a free event. Follow all the steps carefully so there are no doubts! Shall we begin?
Access the desired event page. After viewing its description, click the "Inscreva-se" (Register) button on the right side of the page.
After clicking "Inscreva-se," you will be directed to the ticket completion steps. You will select quantity "1" if you want to make an individual registration and more than 1 if you want to make a multiple registration (for more than one person at a time). Then, click the "Comprar" (Buy) button.
Note: Don't worry, for a free event, the "Buy" button is just a reference; your registration remains free from beginning to end.
The second part is filling in the ticket data:
- Buyer of the tickets: This is the data of the person responsible for making the registration, whether for themselves or for a third party.
- Ticket 1: This is the data of the registered person that will be provided to the organization. If you are registering for yourself, you can select the first field 'copiar dados de:' (copy data from:) and select the buyer's ticket data, which will automatically fill in most of the data for Ticket 1. However, if you are registering for a third party, fill in the data manually.
Important note: If your phone number is from Brazil, keep the international prefix as 55, which is already filled in, and in the "Número do telefone" (Phone number) field, fill it with the DDD+Number, as shown in the example in the image below. In the "Cidade onde reside" (City of residence) field, start typing the name of your city, and it will appear in a list until you effectively locate and select it.
At the end of the form, the price information will appear as nothing to pay, and then click the "Continuar" (Continue) button.
Finally, the standard terms of the site will appear, and you must click to confirm the registration, declaring that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Click "Completar" (Complete).
After completing the registration, ignore the "pagamento pendente" (pending payment) message as the registration is free in this example, and you can share your registration on your Facebook page or check the order summary.
