How to refund athletes?

In this tutorial, we will see how you can manage refunds to athletes, if requested, and if you approve their request.

1. Payments with PayPal or Credit Card

If the payment was made with PayPal or Credit Card, send the request to info@keepsporting.com. We will take care of the entire process and send you the reversal report.

2. Payments via bank transfer

If the payment was made via bank transfer to your current account, ask the athlete for their IBAN and process the refund directly from your current account.

Important Note:

Refunded athletes must be marked in the 'Registered' section of Keepsporting as 'WITHDRAWN' (or 'DROPOUTS').
