How to request athletes to upload the medical certificate on Keepsporting

Dear organizer, the date of your event is approaching and you still don't have the medical certificate for all athletes? Don't worry, in this tutorial we explain how to request the medical certificate from registered participants. It's a very simple procedure.

1. Go to the 'Registered' section

After logging in with your username and password, go to the section dedicated to your registered participants. Here you can see the registration status and athlete data.

2-a. Go to the 'Registered Summary' Section and send the reminder to everyone

Click on 'Registered Summary' in the top right corner

Then, click on 'Send reminder email' (or 'Send request email')

This way, your athletes will receive an email reminder, inviting them to upload or send their medical certificate as soon as possible.

2-b. Send reminder individually

As an alternative to the procedure in point 2-a, you can send the reminder email individually to an athlete by going to their registration record
