How to request the payment of event registration fees.
Ensuring that the registration amounts are correctly transferred (or credited) is fundamental and an immense responsibility for the success of your event. For this reason, we have prepared this step-by-step guide to orient you through every phase of the payment request process. Whether you are a new or experienced organizer, this guide was created to facilitate your work and ensure all procedures are carried out clearly and objectively.
Click on the name of your event in the upper left corner of the registration manager.

Click on 'Settings' as shown in the image below.
Now it's time to register the bank account details, follow the step-by-step procedure below:
Select the 'Geographical Area' field and click on Italy.
Fill in all the fields below to register the bank account details, whether it is for an individual or a legal entity. Don't forget, after filling them in, to click on the 'Save' button.
The next step is to request the transfer (or payment) of the registration fees:
Send an email to: info@keepsporting.com specifying:
- 1) Identifying yourself with your full name;
- 2) Name of the Event organization;
- 3) Name of the event;
- 4) Message indicating that you wish to request a partial payment transfer for the amount of R$ X or the transfer of the current total amount.
After sending the email, the necessary 48 hours will be counted for the accounting to be closed and the amount to be effectively transferred to you, the organizer. It is important to plan ahead if you wish to make early withdrawals in advance.
