How to swap the chosen course or modality in the event.
Sometimes, after choosing a course or modality in a sports event, we realize that another option might be more suitable. Whether due to a change in preparation or a new interest, this swap is possible, as long as it falls within the event organizer's criteria! In this tutorial, we will show you the simple path to making this change, ensuring your event experience is the best possible.
Contact the Event Organizer
- The first step is to contact the event organizer directly. You can find the contact information on the registration page, as in the example below:
- Click on the organization's name on the event page, as in the example below highlighted in blue.
- On the next page, the organizer's information will appear, such as Name, E-mail, Location, and Phone, if registered.
- Inform the organizer that you wish to change your course or modality to another one in the event. Communicate your full name, email, current course or modality, and the one you wish to swap to, in order to speed up the process.
2. Wait for Organizer Confirmation
- After the initial contact, the organizer will verify the data and make the change on the Keepsporting platform. If the organizer states in the regulations that the course or modality change is non-transferable, try to find alternatives with them.

- Deadlines (Scadenze): Make sure to complete the swap within the deadline established by the event regulations.
- Costs: Check if there are any additional fees directly with the organization.
- Responsibility: Remember that by changing your course or modality, you are assuming full responsibility for the change.
