MANAGING PAYMENTS ON THE PLATFORM

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to another tutorial from the Keepsporting Brasil platform. This guide aims to show you how to manage your payments on the platform easily, quickly, and automatically!

PRACTICALITY!

There is nothing better than having payments centralized in a single place, and you will be able to get quick and practical reports with all the necessary information for your event's financial management.

OBJECTIVE

Manage payments made on the website. You can track all transaction details.

HOW TO ACCESS?

In the main menu of your event, click the “Pagamentos” (Payments) button. We will show the functionalities next.

HOW IT WORKS?

LEGEND

Black card or bank slip: Unpaid. Green card or bank slip: Paid.

PAID:

• Credit card payment: The “Pago” (Paid) field shows the “V” (Checkmark), indicating it has been paid, and the “Tipo” (Type) field shows the credit card in green, which is also another way to inform that it has been paid.
• Bank slip payment: The “Pago” (Paid) field shows the “V” (Checkmark), indicating it has been paid, and the “Tipo” (Type) field shows the bank slip in green, which is also another way to inform that it has been paid.

UNPAID:

• Bank slip payment: The “Pago” (Paid) field shows the “X”, indicating it has not been paid, and the “Tipo” (Type) field shows the bank slip in black, indicating that payment was not made.
• Credit card payment: The “Pago” (Paid) field shows the “X”, indicating it has not been paid, and the “Tipo” (Type) field shows the credit card in black, indicating that payment was not made.

PAYMENT FILTERS

You can search by name, email, or transfer code. You can search by payment type. Search for unpaid payments and search for canceled payments. Just browse the filter, it's simple and easy.

VIEWING THE ATHLETE'S PAYMENT

If you want to view an athlete's payment, click on the “Eye” symbol.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

On the main screen where all registrants and payments are displayed, you will see the button to export XLS. Click the button and your data will be exported to a spreadsheet, and you can work with the data however you wish! See how simple it is?
