Prosecco Run

Prosecco Run

The Prosecco Run is a half marathon that takes place every year on the first Sunday of December.

The 12th edition will be held in 2022 in the municipality of Vidor (Treviso), with a new route that will pass through as many as 26 wineries! Furthermore, there will be an evocative passage through the beautiful Santa Bona Benedictine Abbey.

It is the only Half Marathon in the world that crosses the main wineries and vineyards of Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G..

Also very interesting and characteristic are the various refreshment points offered by the wineries, with salami, soppressa (a type of cured meat), and, obviously, glasses of prosecco.

In addition to the half marathon, for those who wish, there is the possibility of trying the reduced route (10 km) of the Prosecchina (Little Prosecco Run).

What characterizes the Prosecco Run is not just the race itself, but above all the event's context, with a suggestive panorama, that of the Prosecco Hills, elected as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
