SETTING PRICE AND PROMOTIONAL BATCH CHANGE
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to another tutorial from the Keepsporting platform Brazil. This guide aims to show you how to set up pricing and automatic batch changes, so you don’t have to manually adjust prices and can focus on other activities for your event!
WHY CONFIGURE BATCH CHANGES?
If your event has different pricing for different batches, it is important to define this early in your event setup, as it is part of your event's planning.
OBJECTIVE
To configure pricing and automatic promotional batch changes.
HOW TO ACCESS?
Go to the Event Management Panel (EMP) of your event (click on "Manage Events").
In the left menu of your sub-event, click on "Pricing."
The pricing screen will appear; see the functionalities below.
In "Base Price," enter the price for the event.
- Click the "+" button to add new prices.
- Enter the other promotional prices you want to offer (important: do not enter the price changes, but the final price you decide to offer) and the dates you want to offer them:
- Enter the "start date" for the change, which will activate the new batch price starting on this date.
- Enter the "end date" for the change, after which the batch price will no longer be offered.
Important Notes:
- If your event has a single price, just fill in the "Base Price" field, and this price will remain available from start to finish of the registrations.
- You can add as many automatic batch changes as you wish at any time.
- You can change or delete any batch change data whenever you want.
