What information is needed to create an event?
Hello, fellow event organizer, how are you? If you need it, we can take some of the work off your hands and create your event on www.keepsporting.com at no additional cost! Once created, you'll also have access to all the monitoring through your control panel.
What information do we need to lay the groundwork for an event?
First, we'll need to create your organization. If you've already created it, skip this step 😉. To create the organization, we'll need the following information:
- Name of the organization
- First and last name of the person responsible for the organization
- Sport of the event (e.g., Running, Mountain biking, others)
- City where the organization is located
EVENT CREATION DATA
- Event name
- Event date
- Event sport
- Event city
- General event description: (e.g., The event will take place in the city... The participation categories will be... The prize will be...) in other words, all possible details. It's also possible to include the event regulations. For any questions, write to info@keepsporting.com.
DATES
- Event start date and time
- Event end date and time
- Registration opening date and time
- Registration closing date and time
REGISTRATION PRICE
If registrations have price variations, they can be configured automatically by both date and number of registrations. Please enter the registration price and any price changes if there are any.
REGISTRATION FORM
The standard fields of the registration form are: (First/last name, Email, Gender, and Date of birth). What other custom fields do you want to include in the form? For example: city, phone number, team, t-shirt sizes, etc.).
OTHER FEATURES
- If you have a cover image for the event, preferably in 1200px X 600px format, you can send it to us.
- The system allows you to add sponsor logos, which will be visible in the sponsor area on the event page, thus increasing their visibility.
- We also promote your event on all our digital social media channels.
