What information is needed to create an event?

Hello event organizer friend, how are you? If you need help, we can take some of the work off your hands and create your event on www.keepsporting.com, at no extra cost! Once created, you will also have access to all monitoring and management through the dashboard.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE NEED TO CREATE THE BASIS OF AN EVENT?

First of all, you need to create your organization; if you have already created it, skip this step. To create the organization, you will need the following data:

Organization Name
Email
Name and surname of the person responsible for the organization
Sport or event (e.g., road race, mountain bike, other).
The city where the organization is located

DATA FOR EVENT CREATION

Event Name | Event Type | Event Date | Sport | Location
General event description: (e.g., the event will take place in the city..... the participation categories will be..... the prize will be....) in other words, all possible details. You can also include the regulations in the event by attaching them to the page. If you have any doubts, write to info@keepsporting.com

DATES

Event start date and time
Event end date and time
Registration opening date and time
Registration closing date and time

REGISTRATION PRICE

In case registrations have price variations (tier/batch changes), these can be automatically configured based on both date and quantity of registrations. Enter the registration price and price changes, if any.

REGISTRATION FORM

The standard fields in the registration form are: (first name, last name, email, gender, and date of birth). You can include other fields in the form such as: city, phone number, team, t-shirt sizes, in other words, as many as you wish!

EVENT COVER IMAGE

If you have an event cover image, especially in the 1200px X 600px format, you can import it onto the platform.

DISCOUNT COUPONS

We are the only platform where you can generate discount coupons in 3 different ways:

Manual discount code: The discount code can be used only once and is applied to the total registration value (whether for a single athlete registration or a multiple athlete registration).
Reusable discount code: The discount codes will not be cancelled at the moment of their use. Each registration form will generate a discount code, which will be visible in the table.
Automatic discount codes: A discount code will be automatically generated for the athlete to use to register for this or other active events of your organization. The discount code for subsequent events will be sent to the athlete via email after payment confirmation.
